What we do

The IFATSEA Pan American Region contributes to the development of ATSEP in different ways.

Collaboration

We work alongside associations, international organizations, and aviation stakeholders to enhance operational safety. Through strategic partnerships, we promote knowledge sharing, the development of standards, and continuous improvement in air navigation systems.

Networking

We connect ATSEP professionals across the Pan American Region, building a strong network to exchange experiences, best practices, and innovation. We foster regional cooperation to address current and future aviation challenges.

Education

We promote continuous learning and the development of technical competencies for ATSEP personnel. We support training initiatives, international standards, and knowledge transfer to ensure the highest levels of performance and safety..
